Akira: Another fighter. Wonder if this one was any good. The others wouldn't be anything compared to me. Part of being a good warrior is knowing not only your enemies weaknesses, but your friends. Could i consider Squall and the others as friends.

Lutz walks into Seventh Heaven, and sits down in a chair, hes tired from the run in with Eden but confident the next time him and his party tackle the fiend they will destory it.
Lutz orders some drinks and some food.

After all this drama in Lutz's life he was a bit sick of it he needed time to refresh, he walked into Seventh Heaven for a few drinks to get his mind off things.

The Ragnorak settled down in one of the less populated sectors, where it would be less likely to get vandalized. Rude, by a lucky guess, managed to activate the camouflauge setting on the ship's surface.
"Come on, everyone... time to move."
He herded Ami's family out of the hatch. "Reno and Nikky, you're with me. Everyone else, stay and guard the ship. If anything happens... and I mean anything... take off without us. Don't wait more than three hours."
Lana went along unhappily. "We lost ALL my stuff... those creeptards."
Rude shook his head. This girl needs to learn how to prioritize.
Reno intervened. "We got some money to set you guys up for now. Don't use your own accounts for any reason, and by that I mean ANY reason AT ALL, or the records'll be tracked here. If you have cash, use that. If you're wearing jewelry, sell it. We'll bring your junk back eventually... but that may take awhile, yo."
He pulled his EMR, nearly taking Rude's head off with it. "Watch it... this is a rough neighborhood, yo." He took Nikky's hand as they all set off.

nikky looked back at everyone before walking off with reno and rude. she yawned silently and looked around.

Ami's family had a very rural air about them as they gaped at this ruin of a city, as if expecting the sky to fall.
Reno nudged Ami's mother. "Hey. Don't look up in this town. Signals you're new around here. Fastest way to get mugged, yo."
Rude dope-smacked him.
"Hey! What was that for?" Reno complained.
"For the cavernous dimensions of your mouth," Rude replied without a trace of humor.
Reno shrugged and looked around, just a little nervous. "Say, uh, partner? This IS Midgar and all, yo... you aren't thinking anybody's gonna recognize a couple former Turks, right?"
Rude kept going forward. "Without our uniforms, we will not be easily recognized."
Reno eyed Rude's outfit... Black jacket, black slacks, white shirt. "Yeah," he said incredulously. "Right."
He moved closer to Nikky. "Be sure to stand as far away from him as possible," he whispered to her.
Rude spied a familiar building up ahead... Seventh Heaven. Thank G**... couldn't help wondering if the place was still standing, what with Cloud disappearing and all that.

nikky blinked at him, giving him a weird look. she was going to question but figured she'd find out some other time.... she looked around casually, slightly bored.

"People around here don't take too kindly to Turks, yo," he explained. "The way they see it, Shinra's responsible for everything that's gone wrong on this planet..." Reno looked a little uncomfortable. "I'm starting to think that might be true." He shrugged. "Guess I had to walk a mile in someone else's shoes..." He smirked. "Now I'm a mile away, and I got his shoes, too."
Rude suppressed a groan at the old joke. Never try to impress a girl with a pun, Reno.
They walked into the Seventh Heaven's door, ringing the bell hanging over it. There was a kid behind the counter, who looked to be about thirteen or so, wiping out glasses. He looked up at the six who entered. "Can I help you?" he asked politely.
"Is Tifa around?" Reno asked.
The boy shook his head. "She had an errand."
"This family needs a room," Rude stated succintly. "Can you see to that?"
The kid eyed them. "Can they pay?"
"Nope, but we can," Reno replied, leaving some bills on the counter.
The boy regarded them suspiciously. "Cash?"
"And plenty of it, kid," Reno answered. "That outta set 'em up for the first few nights, yo. The dad might have more... whatever this doesn't cover 'em for, we'll pay it up when we come back, yo."
He and Rude turned to leave.
The boy started counting the money. "Hold up."
They stopped and waited. The boy looked from the money to the two former Turks. "OK, whatever. But you guys kinda look familiar... do I know you from somewhere?"
Reno and Rude looked at each other. "Sorry, kid, your face ain't ringin' any bells," Reno confessed.
He looked at the family. "Who should I say left them here?"
"Say Reno and Rude sent them, yo," Reno instructed.
"Tell Tifa it's important," Rude added.
"Yeah, tell her RUDE said it's important," Reno continued.
The boy shrugged. "Whatever." He led the family into the back. "Come on, we got a couple of rooms ready..."
They began the return trip to the Ragnorak.
"Well, too bad you couldn't meet Tifa," Reno shrugged. "I think you woulda liked her. Pretty girl, tough, likes to fight... kinda like you, actually."
Rude ignored Reno as best he could. As if he ever noticed Tifa was tough... he was always staring at her rack.

Reno heard something as they made thier way into the less populous area of the district... something that sounded disturbingly like chains clinking. He primed his EMR for action. "Oh, Rude... we may just have some company, yo."
Rude looked around to see if he could spot any action that didn't belong... sure enough, on a tenement roof, he detected scurrying... "Hoods," he predicted.
He was right, of course... a fact proven by the twenty-member gang that popped out of nowhere at just about that point.
Reno and Rude prepared for action as the hoodlums rushed them...

she looked over at the hoodlums and sighed. never get a moments rest... she followed suit and readied herself, a grin on her face.

The leader of the pack screamed, "DIE SHINRA TRASH!" He swung a chain around at Reno's head, which he ducked.
"FYI, I got fired!" He came around with an EMR aimed at the guy's ribs. The leader barely dodged the blow and swung his fist at the back of Reno's head...
A couple of smaller members acting as a team jumped Rude from opposite directions. He punched them both square in the face while they were still in midair, sending them rocketing backwards. Two more, also acting together, launched themselves at him from in front and behind...
Another gangster, a wiry, grizzled specimen, singled out Nikky, a rather largish knife in his left hand. He wore a nasty, sickening smile as he circled her slowly... and abruptly lunged for the kill, knife coming at her throat...
