Lutz walked onto the ship and over heard everything these Eno and Rude characters were talking about.
Creature in the water huh....
Lutz: "whatever you guys decide to do I am here for you."

Reno looked at Rude and shrugged. "Sure. The more the merrier, right?"
Ami rolled her eyes. "We're going to be at each other's throats all the way. You know that?"
"Hey, kid, I said you owe me," Reno reminded. "Maybe this is your chance to pony up the debt."
"Yeah, right."
"Let's get hiking, folks," Rude prompted. "We won't get to Junon by standing here."
They boarded the ship. Reno caught Ami's arm. "One more catch, though... the longer you hang with us, the higher the odds Shinra will catch wind of what happened to you." He gave Squall a look. "Help us if you want... but be ready to watch your girlfriend's back."
Ami couldn't help being slightly unnerved by that concept. She subconsciously tightened her grip on Squall, just a little. "I'm not scared of Shinra anymore," she decided. "What you want to do is up to you."

nikky had grown silent, more and more were the pained memories of her friend returning. she bit her lip and looked down, following close behind reno. she wasn't sure if she even wanted to follow them any more.... but she decided it would be best for her not to travel alone. she sighed, this sucks.... i really like this guy.... but i don't want to hurt him.... or get in the way.... i just feel like i'm getting in the way.... v.v she looked up at reno.... she hadn't really been listening at all. ''did you say something??'' she hoped she didn't sound rude....

Reno shrugged. "Nothing. Just being facetious, as usual. Anyway... Seems we're off to the beach." He was about to follow up that observation with some double entendre about water games, but decided he'd better not at the last minute. Who am I fooling? This chick is totally outta my league-- half the time she barely realizes I exist. But G**, if she ain't a piece of work... "Look, if you need to be getting back to Midgar or something, maybe we could drop you there."
Rude shook his head as he headed into the ship. So Reno acts like an a** half the time. So what? If I had a dollar for every time I saw the guy help someone else out when he thought nobody else was watching, I could host an episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? He's been too busy doing Shinra's dirty work to realize a few things about himself.

Lutz noticed the new members during the fights with Jenova but was to busy battling the cancer to introduce himself. He slowly walked over to the two suit wearing males and the green haired women. Lutz stuck out his hand for anyone to shake. He grinned showing off his sharp rows of teeth.
Lutz: "Hello, names Lutz thanks for all your help back there, who are ya strangers?"

Reno tried to keep from looking extremely happy with this idea-- but to tell the truth, he was feeling like he'd just asked a hot girl to the prom in high school or something. What the h**l is my problem? "Okay, tag along to your heart's content. I sure don't mind."
He turned around to go inside... and hoped she couldn't tell he was grinning like a maniac. Maybe I have a chance with her after all...

Ami pushed her bike inside and excused herself to the nearest cabin. "I've got to get myself cleaned up... I'm an absolute mess." It was true-- her leather jacket was ripped, burned, and sliced in several places, to say nothing of her pants. "And nobody get any funny ideas about following me."
She got her bag out of Gunmetal's back compartment and proceeded to change clothes, picking out a white tee, a blue cotton jacket, and dark blue slacks. She found herself repeatedly staring in the mirror. Good grief, I really have changed...
I've gotten skinnier, too-- I've lost some of my muscle, and my ESP is shot. Guess no freedom comes without a price.
She brushed her hair out and tied it with a white ribbon before rejoining the others.

Reno gave the wolf-guy a once-over. He remembered seeing some things like him in his stint as lab security, but he'd never known much about that project. He stood back casually. "The name's Reno, and I'm cool, as ever. This is my partner, the inimitable Rude, and our recent acquaintance, Miss Nikky."
Rude stuck out his hand to shake Lutz's. "A pleasure." One of the Chaos matter experiments. Interesting. A bell rang at the back of his head. Chaos matter... a creature in the water... there's a connection here, but I don't see it.

Lutz smiled at both of them. He shook Rudes hand and bowed his head to Reno.
Lutz: "Its a good thing we got rid of that Jenova, yet another one of Shinras faults. Shinra CO. should face the same fate in my opnion."
He then shakes the green hair womens hand.
Lutz: "Nikky nice to meet you....sorry if my looks are different...."

Reno almost swallowed his own tongue. For all his talk about Ami being a virgin, it'd been a while since he'd had any himself, and suddenly the hottest girl he'd ever met had literally fallen into his lap. S***, s***, s***-- get a grip on yourself, Reno! At least take her out to dinner first! He cleared his throat and helped her steady herself. "Hey, uh, you all right? Need a rest or something?" He realized a second too late that sounded wrong, and mentally kicked himself. This girl's turned me from one of the smoothest cats on Advent to a stammering twit. What the c**p is that about?

Lutz: "So rude is it? what do you do for a living?"
Lutz looked over at Reno quick and noticed his reaction to Nikky.
And if you were not so worried about being cool and talk to her the way she wants to be you just might win her over...

Most lately, we were employed by Shinra Corporation, but as the company is all but dissolved, we've begun to examine other venues. We're still loosely associated with Shinra, however... Shinra's remnants still have considerable power, but at this point, everyone realizes the longer it holds out, the harder the impact will be when it finally collapses altogether."
Reno helped Nikky steady herself, wishing his guts would stop wringing themselves. Just play it cool, man. Help her find a seat in the ship-- there's a start. "We been on our feet all morning. Let's sit down someplace, maybe nab a little nosh." Don't forget to breathe, man. Passing out is for chicks.

Lutz was shocked to hear the words from Rudes mouth.
Shinra.....
Lutz: "You guys used to work for Shinra though right.....Shinra....."
His fist tighted up
Lutz: None of you guys were Scientists in the past 33 years for Shinra were you!?"
Lutz snapped out of it and relaxed.
Come on look at this Reno...no way he was a Scientists and Rude he doesn't seem like a Scientists, he....he seems more of what he saids he is....its work to get this worked up because they were from Shinra
Lutz: "Oh I...I am sorry nevermind I said that...."
But if they did have anything to do with my testing, I don't care I will burn the flesh right off their faces....
