Name: Sarai Bar-Terah (NPC)
Age: 31
Weight: 125
Eye Color: Deep brown
Hair Color: Shiny black
Appearance: Short haircut (down to her ears), dusky skin, deceptively delicate features, scarred hands toughened by work, tidy and starched Turk uniform.
Weapons: EMR, Double Threat (combination trank gun/gasoline-powered crossbow), Walking Death (switchblades concealed within shoe soles)
Vehicle: Black Wraith, a classic model motorcycle
Materia: None
Personality: Driven and impersonal most of the time, a consummate professional. Customarily polite and respectful, but able to counter verbal sparring with the best of them. Powerful, but self-contained-- maintains absolute control over herself at all times. Adapts easily to swiftly changing situations. Equally capable of handling assignments gently and killing targets without blinking.
History: Sarai ran from her impoverished family in Junon at the age of twelve to join the Turk training program, and she has clawed to attain security and prosperity ever since. She trained alongside Tseng and the other elder recruits, developing something of a rivalry with him. The two often found themselves coming in first and second on all variety of tests and examinations while still in the academy.
After the Prime incident, Tseng achieved rapid promotion, such as Sarai had craved all her life. She came to be extremely resentful of him as a direct result, but continued to focus on her own duties, hoping to gain status by virtue of her own talents.
Mere hours ago, Sarai learned of a fatal helicopter crash that killed Rufus Shinra, last confirmed heir to the Shinra Corporation empire. However, rumor has it that he had begun keeping the company of a young woman and two children shortly before his death, particularly a small boy with a striking resemblance to him. The Corporation's Board of Directors at first elected to send Tseng to investigate the deadly crash and the mysterious child who disappeared immediately thereafter. However, when attempts to locate him failed, Sarai was the second choice to track down Rufus' killers and, possibly, the heirs he left behind.
Her orders concerning the killers are clear-- shoot to kill. But as for the children... their handling has been left to her discretion...
