Loz sprang back up, grinning wickedly. "I'm gonna have FUN with you..."
He charged up the Dual Hound and sent it on a collision course with the Puppetmaster's head.
Ami flanked Nikky. "You all right?"
Kadaj took the other side. "Nice swords," he commented. "Getting back to your roots, I see... you were never so good a marksman as a fencer."
Ami slashed at another goon, spilling his guts. "What can I say... guns are cheap. But I saw these babies... and I couldn't resist."
He smirked, cutting down goons like they were grass. "Love at first sight. A girl and her swords."
Reno came brought up the rear. "This is absolutely bizarre," he admitted. "Never thought you guys would cover MY a**."
"Likewise. But that's how the summon works."
Rude took point, blasting anybody who got too close. "Guess you fellas got off that whole Mommy's Boy kick."
"It's called teenage rebellion."
Yazoo went to lend Kidd a hand. "Good to see a familiar face." He covered him, clearing a path with his guns.

nikky nodded and held her arm, it was bleeding. ''yeah... i'm good.'' she flexs her hand... she was loosing feeling in it. ><
kamen ducked and rolled to the side. he gripped his sword and remained blank as he slashed at loz. ''i am not here to fight you.... but you stand in my way.''

Kidd simply smirked as he ran next to Kamryn. He cut the ropes that held her. Kamryn then went straight for Kamen. "My turn now." Kidd spun his swords connecting them. he pointed it straight at Kamen. "TWILIGHT'S TERROR!" The ground around Kamen turned black and white. The it engulfed him dealing damage. "By the way, you and Kadaj still look like girls." Kidd ran forawrd.

kamen dropped to his knees, his head drooped. nikkys eyes got huge as she screamed and dropped, he had transfered the pain. he stood shakily and braced himself, not carintg about nikky.

Here goes nothing. Kidd ran and put his hand on Nikky's chest. A mist of white and black covered his hand. He took a deal of Nikky's pain away. Kidd dropped to his knees recovering from the transfer.

"Nikky!" Instinctively, Reno turned to catch Nikky as she fell... and narrowly avoided being skewered as Kadaj caught an onrushing goon with his Souba and threw him back several feet.
"Watch yourself... you're not getting rusty, are you?" Kadaj warned petulantly.
"My form is at its highest ebb," Reno retorted sarcastically. "Cover me, Snowball."
Ami, Rude, and Kadaj formed a defensive circle as Reno tried to help Nikky rise. His eyes widened as she spasmed with pain... "What is that b*****d doing to you?!"
Loz didn't allow Kamen any time to regroup. He rushed him again, his fists plowing into him, not realizing Nikky would be the one who suffered...
Yazoo rolled his eyes. "After two years, that joke has gotten a little old." He tried to push the offensive on the goons... Yazoo noticed something the others had missed. Both Kamen and Nikky were groaning in pain at the same time...
He edged towards Kadaj. "He's Transferring to the girl!"
Kadaj watched Kidd do some Tranferring of his own out of the corner of his eye. "Looks like Little Brother has that covered. We have to find the source of this creature's power and sever the girl from him... or she dies with him."

kamen took the blow, being way to weak to stand a chance. nikky winced and clung to reno.
the goonies had fanned out...

"I...can... see that." Kidd groaned and got up slowly, supporting himself on his sword. Kamryn just watched stuned. In all her life she had never seen a actual battle for lives. Now she wondered if she would ever go back. She snapped out of thought and wrapped her whips around Kamen's arms to restrain him.

"Loz, pull back!" Ami shouted.
He paused in the midst of his pummeling and hoisted Kamen a few feet off the ground before he heard Ami's order. "Huh?"
"Stop hitting the Emo punk! It hurts the girl!"
Loz blinked. He didn't know how that worked, but if Ami said so... He shrugged and dropped Kamen.
Yazoo looked around. So the goons are trying a new tactic. I'm surprised they have the wit.
He sniped at them, picking them off systematically.
Reno kept holding Nikky, his head buzzing. No way... I cannot panic again.
"Reno, hand over the Tears!" Ami broke into his haze. "Give 'em, quick!"
He tossed them to her. She began to take out a few of the nearer creeps as they advanced.
Kadaj deflected a few badly aimed shots from the goonies, his tactical brain on overdrive. Nobody is born with this sort of power... except people like Mother... But this one is no Remnant, and he is definitely not a Prime.
He must have something he's drawing this power from... and if we eliminate that, he's no longer a threat.

With her hands full restraining Kamen Kamryn threw Kidd her guns. "Kidd catch!" Kidd caught them swift as a fox. "Lets see how rusty I am." Kidd began to pick off the enemy one by one, taking about three shots per goon. "You should upgrade these afterwards!"

kamen regained himself and moved away. he ran his hand lightly over wounds. he glared at the blood. he seemed mezmerized by it.... he could feel a slight tug, he hissed and glared at them. his grin as venomous as ever.
nikky panted and winced. she tried to stand.

"Loz, cover Sister," Kadaj ordered. He advanced on Kamen. "As fun as thrashing your goons has been, it's starting to try my patience."
He sprang away from the others and tried to corner the Puppetmaster. "You already slipped by me once. Why not give me the pleasure of a rematch?" His eyes narrowed dangerously, and he pointed the Souba at Kamen's neck. "I've met my share of twisted b*****ds, but you take the cake... guess you remind me too much of me."

Reno tried to support Nikky as she struggled to rise. He hated feeling so helpless... he didn't dare leave her, but there was nothing he could do to help her here...

"Just don't stop coming, do they, brothers?" Ami panted, reloading one of her pistols.
"Most annoyingly persistent abominations I ever encountered," Yazoo conceded, providing some cover fire.
Loz had gone hyperactive, and was barely visible as he zipped from one point to the next, running down goons. He was having the time of his life... Ami envied his never-ending energy. Unlike her brothers, apparently unbound by the laws of physics, she could only fight so long before tiring.

The melee was getting so outrageous that Rude was having a difficult time shooting the baddies without coming close to hitting one of his allies. He reactivated the Sacrifice, set it on the first trigger, and began blasting goons one at a time... using the Ram had gotten too risky.

Kidd contiued shooting until the pistols clicked. "**** IT!" Kidd throws the guns down and sees Kadaj. "Don't kill him! He might be able to transfer it!" Kidd tried to get up but to no avail. He was still recovering from the transfer.

Kamryn had tired out. She dropped to one knee exausted. "Ami... you'll have to... help me upgrade... my guns." Kamryn just looked around and saw something, the goons slowly withdrawing.

the goonies withdrew ferther with a lift of a hand. kamen stared back at kadaj. ''that is unfortunate.... but i am not like you.'' he stepped back and away. his sword lowered but at the ready. he was too calm, his heart beat almost undetectable
nikky stumbled and cursed. she was bleeding and in serious pain... but she didn't show it. she bit her lip and glared at kamen.

"Let them go! We need to attend to Nikky now!" Kidd got up and began to run to Nikky. But two steps and he fell to a knee.
