Squall, being the host that he was had thought it best to leave the two to it. But after copping a bullet in the back of his headrest he thought he better interevene. Guess its safe to leave it in autopilot, that dragons gone. He put the ragnorak into autopilot and leapt up. " I cant take you guys anywhere!" He shouted collectively at them all. He stood silently for a moment, his eyes switching from Am to Kidd. That worked well?!" Sit down," he said sternly to Amnesty and pointed at his chair. We need to talk, He scolded as he walked over to Kidd. " What was that?" he whispered, " She did her utmost to save my life in the mountains, I dont know about her past but shes a good person now... You guys are gonna have to learn to get along, shes not going anywhere for now." *sighs* "Cure!" green light rushed down squalls arms and sunk into Kidd, "... Take it easy for a while... good to see you." Squall gave him a pat on the shoulder then headed for Amnesty

Amnesty looked at Squall coming to her, his face telling her she was in for a scolding at the very least, and she filled with shame. "I'm sorry," she apologized, head bowed. "I... I saw him and... I lost my mind." She flet she should say more, but she ran out of ideas. What could make any difference now anyway? Then she realized... He really doesn't know what's going on, does he?
"His father... killed my brothers... because they wanted a Reunion... with Jenova," she explained haltingly. "They believed she was our mother. And I told myself that if I ever found anyone responsible for their deaths-- I'd make them pay." She felt almost like crying, but she bit her lip and held firm. "I told you I was different. I never told you why." She met Squall's eyes. "I'm a clone, Squall. ShinRa made me to be a tool of destruction, but I escaped with my brothers when we were children. I've spent my entire life running and hiding from them, and wanting to find the one who started it all. If it weren't for Jenova, none of this would be happening."

Squall looked at her, his anger subsiding as her eyes welled with tears. He knelt down infront of her. Your not that different?... Nobody is the same? Squall looked at her silently for a moment and comprehended what shed told him. " ...Kidd didnt kill your brothers... " Squall started, not quite sure how to console her. Starting to understand why your so alone... Why am I lonely? Squall sighed, " Just... Dont do anything stupid"

Kidd watched as the girl's eyes filled with tears. How could a person so close to Jenova be so... human? He could not help but feel sorry for the lonley soul. He walked over and took her hand. "Im sorry for fighting you. Im sorry for whatever pain my father caused." Kidd decided he would give her a chance. But if she slipped the Kidd in front of her at the moment would be different.

The ship settled just outside the nearly deserted town. Ami went back to Dimitri. "OK, you have your meeting with Tseng... then we go pay a little visit to his boss," she said gravely, hitting the ship's camoflauge button. It disappeared as she got out of Dimitri's way. "We'll wait here for you... we can't afford to investigate Shinra's doings at the creater without your help."

kamen smiled and attempted another grin but it was weak. ''i see... yes, i guess you are right...'' he looked away in thought, so many things clouded his mind, it was almost too hard to think at all.
nikky smiled and closed her eyes. ''yes... you are welcom.'' she stroked his hai and pushed it around and out of his face. she watched him with a warm smile....
kamen watched her go and dropped his head back with and exasperated sigh. he closed his eyes and rubbed his temples. the mark burning dark red on his pale and exposed flesh.

Dimitri brought the ship in low and spun her around once before landing softly on the slightly uneven ground below. He powered the engines down and headed to the back area, grabbing his fedora from the dashboard as he went.
"Alright, I'll call you guys when I'm finished here... Dont start the fight without me." He said as he headed out the hatch to get his bike.

Ami watched him leave before going back inside. Guess I'd better get ready for the big doings... She shook her head. How does a person prepare for something like this? I mean, it's enough having to face something like that once in a lifetime.
She looked at her swords, which now looked terribly puny... She put them away and sat down in the passenger area. She looked over at Kamen out of the corner of her eye, rubbing his temples and looking impatient... He really does look like Kadaj, when you don't look too hard...
She found her eyes welling up. She sat down and put her head in her hands, hoping to pass it off as exhaustion... Oh, h**l, who am I kidding? Tears began dripping out from behind her hands.

Reno cuddled against Nikky, his headache draining away. He lay back on the bed and watched her, smiling. "You're very easy on the eyes, you know that?" He took her hand to show he was joking.

kamen took a deep breath and opened his eyes. he looked over at ami, moving closer. ''ami.... what is wrong?'' he looked deeply concerned. he touched her hand in a concerned friendlike manor. ''ami....??'' he said quietly.

Ami looked up at Kamen, her cover blown. "I'm sorry," she said. "But I thought all this was over..." She shook her head. "I'm not sure I can take any more." She smoothed her hair back. "Look, you were there... you heard what the Martyress called me. The Sacrifice?" She shook her head incredulously, he voice breaking. "I mean, how can I fail now? I've got the weight of the world on my shoulders..." She dropped her eyes, wiping them. "And all I wanted was a little peace. Now... I can never go back. I can never go home. I'm going to be this way for the rest of my life. Other people will always need me... and I will always have to be there." She shuddered in pain, unable to stop weeping. "This isn't fair... I shouldn't put you through this..."

Reno sat up and kissed her again. "Well, thanks," he grinned. "Although I'm sure a lot of people would disagree with that assessment." He stroked her hair. "You really are heaven sent, you know that?" He embraced her. "Maybe I'm getting a little corny here, but you're my angel. You really are."

she kissed him back and grinned. ''you sure....??'' she laughed and hugged him, closing her eyes. she blushed at his words but couldn't find anything to say... ''oh reno....'' she whispered finally.
kamen watched her cry, but was hesitant to do anything. he chewed his lip. ''you don't have to carry the weight alone ami...'' he said softly, placing a soothing hand on her shoulder. ''you have friends that would go to the ends of the world to help you.... and yes, no matter where you go people will always need you.... but that doesn't mean that in turn you cannot lean on them. you are not alone ami.... don't ever think that....'' he paused before grinning. ''and if you think this is putting me through something.... you have already crossed that line, love.'' he gave a warm smile and met her gaze. ''if anything ami.... even if you may disagree, i owe you. i owe you a lot... so whenever you need me....'' he chuckled. ''i'm not going to have any other choice, am i??'' he tried to cheer her up.... he felt that he did owe her at least that... but he could always give more.
