the roar of a bike engine cut through the air and Dimitri came screeching into view, slamming on the brakes and launching himself into the air off the back of the bike, drawing his gunblade and firing off three slugs at Aztar's back before landing next to the others.
"Sorry I'm late everyone..." He said, flipping the gunblade and preparing himself for battle.

"Who are you to say how we should spend our last moments... who are you to decide WHEN they should be, for that matter?" She picked herself up. "Yes, I am awfully d**n stubborn... guess my family has a penchant for lost causes!"
She tossed herself back into the fray, heedless of danger. She was aware they were on a very tall cliff... and the odds of her surviving as her "brother" had if she fell were a million to one... but at the moment, her brain was filled with one objective.

She dove in under the shield, swords first, preparing to fillet the wizard as she popped back up on the other side.
Reno sprinted after her, his finger suddenly aching... Arthritis?! Oh, c**p... Streaks of gray were appearing in his hair... This creep's trying to take me out ahead of my time... and even Kamen can't stop it! He decided if this was gonna be his last stand, he'd give it his all... he charged, Rude right behind him...

Dimitri followed the others' leads and rolled under the shield, firing slugs from his gunblade as he went, then popped back up to his feet and attacked him, going for the legs.

Aztar was nailed by the bullet, the bullets hit him right in the chest forming holes, the holes slowly healed back to normal. Aztar had to little time to react to Amis attack and he was getting slashed left and right. Aztar could only handle so much and he grabbed her in mid-air and tossed her back towards the group.
Aztar: "So be it you all shall die here tonight...."
Lutz was sadden when she saw ami fall back, one of his friends in pain. Lutz's eye glow red.
Lutz: "Aztar....you....bastard...."
Lutz shot out a beam of fire and chaos energys hitting Aztar. it was the first sign of pain he ever showed.
What the hell was that...

Dimitri leaped into the air again and Ami struck him before hitting the ground and his body softened the impact, knocking the wind out of him, but sparing Ami the damaging effects. He groaned, grabbing his constantly injured ribs as he reached out, grabbing his gunblade again.
"You alright Ami?"

She got up, slightly winded. "Yeah, thanks," she breathed. Why is it guys with gunblades have a thing for breaking my falls? She yanked Dimitri back to his feet and started sprinting towards the combatants again...
Reno reached Aztar... he was getting progressively weaker, and his eyesight was getting just a tad blurry... but he still swung the EMR with all the strength he had left in him. He noticed his voice sounded different when he spoke... "I WANT TO LIVE, D**N IT!"
Rude followed up with a mean uppercut towards the mage's jaw...

Dimitri rushed along with the others as fast as he could without making his ribs stab him in the lungs, firing slug after slug as he moved and aimed for Aztar's head. He just hoped he could keep himself on his feet long enough to help the others...

Aztar now finally showing pain fell to the ground.
Aztar: "So there is some strength inside you all...but you get defeat me!"
A blinding bright light filled the room and the old man before them transformed into and massive being with huge streams of white energy coming from his back, they spanded out like angelic wings and he wore heavy armor with a cloth hood, so dark within the hood you couldn't make out his face. the being took about 8 feet tall and wielded a massive holy sword.
Aztar: "So be it....my true form....."
the group was shocked. Lutz's fist tighten.
Raja knew of a way to defeat him....what was it....how...

Reno's jaw dropped. "Oh, c**p..." He caught his reflection in the sword and realized he looked somewhere in the area of fifty. SO not cool... He pulled back his EMR. "I do NOT intend to age gracefully," he punned angrily. He backed up and went into a running start, wincing at the pain in his joints, launching himself up at the massive creature... Rude began to charge, coming in low at the creature's legs with a flying kick...
Ami took an offensive position but paused when she heard an approaching motorcycle. Who--? As she turned, she did not believe what she saw coming. "Holy C***t..."

Dimitri looked at their new opponent and cringed slightly... This would prove to be another trying day... He quickly reloaded his gunblade so that he could attack with everything he had available to him and then began a strafing run to the right, aiming at the open slots in his armor, under the arms, in-between the kneecaps and the thighs and at the neck.

Aztar easily dodged the attack and grabbed Reno and placed his holy blade at his throat.
Aztar: "Give into the pain, I can let it all end for you..."
Aztar was about to cut Renos throat but then a incoming bullet shot out into Aztar's hand releasing Reno. this bullet didn't come from the gunblade it came from else where. the loud noises from a motorbike could be heard.
Lutz turned his head.
Who the...
A man bursted out of the wall on his bike and landed near the group along with his partner dress in red and black. Lutz reconized the darker figure as it was Vincent Valentine, the other man was a spikey blonde hair sword wielder.
Could it be....the hero....Cloud Strife!
The man got off his bike and pulled out two swords in hand.
Man: "So Vincent this is the being you spoke of...."
Vincent slowly walked over.
Vincent: "Indeed this is the one....this joker thinks he can just step on to our plane and push us around...."
Vincent looked around noticing the others around him, he noticed Lutz and remember him as well and nodded in his direction.
Vincent: "Looks like we have guests....Cloud"
Cloud: "Least of my worries....if they want to stand and help they can if not, they canstay out of our way...."
Vincent grinned and dashed out at Aztar blasting him with his Cerberous and Cloud combined his swords together and joined in. Lutz felt like the battle had changed they now had Cloud and Vincent on their side.
Aztar: "The heros of the old are here again....indeed this will be interesting...."
the titans clashed!

Ami gaped. Cloud Strife... the one who ended my brothers... all four of them...
She found herself reaching back towards the ribbon tying her hair back, the gift of the Martyress... Save your blood grudges for later, girl. You've already allied yourself to his son... just fight and deal with the implications later.
She sprinted at the creature, deciding to yank a few familiar moves to see if they were recognized... She started to take on her brother's fencing style as she brought in her swords at the creature's nearly invisible head and neck, slashing at any area that looked vulnerable, moving fast as an arc of lightning. That didn't come as easy to her as it used to, but all she needed was a little extra effort.
I love fighting for the good guys...

Reno acknowleged Cloud's arrival with a grin. This is gonna be GOOD... He dragged himself to his feet, somewhere in the neighborhood of fifty-five now... but there was still enough red in his hair to make him recognizeable... Guess it looks like my worries are over, man. If he could take out Bahamut, Gandalf here is toast.
Rude watched him worriedly. This is not good...
He surged past him to deliver another mighty kick at the creature's ankles.

Aztar was over welmed with fighters. He managed to knock Rude back against the well but Cloud and Vincent were beginning to be to much for him, their skills were great. but Aztar was still to powerful, he bursted out a holy beam knocking cloud back and a darkness beam knocking Vincent back, Amnesty began slashing at Aztar scrapping his heavy armor, Aztar quickly back handed Amnesty and he to flew back, Lutz was lost in his mind.
What is it what can be done!?
Cloud quickly rose up running over to Amnesty helping her up.
Cloud: "Your fine! do not let him see you suffer..."
as he helped Amnesty up and noticed the ribbon tying to hair up. Flashs of Aries entered his mind and Cloud almost reached out so he could touch her, like he use to touch his lost love, but then snapped out of it and returned just a smile to her, Cloud then dashed back into action. Aztar clashed swords with Cloud and the two titans battled it out.
Vincent rose up and ran over to Lutz.
Lutz: "Vincent...I don't know what to do....I am not as strong as you.."
Vincent: "No Lutz you are! we are the same you and I...even though I never knew you....there was always something out there...somone....who knew my pain.....Chaos Lutz...."
Lutz lowered his head.
But I can't control it....
Vincent patted Lutz on the shoulder.
Vincent: "There are many dark things in this world but the first step to control the dark forces is to know the true view...where there is darkness there is always light!"
Vincent dashed back into action.
Lutz thought more and more.
The Sythe....it was created by Aztar....
Aztar continueing to cast holy and Darkness magics on the group weakening them with every attack they try on him.
Cloud stopped.
Cloud: "Vincent.....His power is limitless, he can not be stopped...."
Vincent: "Don't give up Cloud....we have allies remember...."
Lutz pulled out the Sythe and watch the others battle for their lives.
I know what must be done now....

Ami's eyes blurred with pain when she hit the ground... she found someone yanking her to her feet, and when she saw it was Cloud, she froze in shock. Memories and visions flashed into her head... her brother fighting him, and later collapsing into his arms... The rush deafened her to his words...
She saw him reaching for her ribbon, and came back to life. The Martyress... Aeris Gainsborough... she gave me this. He must recognize it. She returned his smile... May this be the only way you ever know me... as bearer of her trust. She took on Aztar from the opposite direction, spinning her blade in her hand to set it, just as her brother used to...
She kept on attacking as Cloud consulted Vincent. Limitless? Please... You don't know limitless until you've thrown down with the Calamity... A jarring thought hit her. He HAS thrown down with the Calamity. This really IS bad. She refused to relent, running circles around the enormous creature, slicing at every vulnerable joint and exposed area she could find.
She spotted Lutz... What is he doing? She saw a strange look in his eyes...

Rude picked himself up, the wind knocked out of him... he goggled at his partner, who was seriously starting to get on in years, try to stagger back towards Aztar... He now looked somewhere in excess of sixty, but the fire in his eyes belied his true age and his determination to hang on just a little longer...
Rude grabbed his partner's shoulder. "Reno, get back."
He shrugged his partner off feebly and kept walking...
Rude tried to talk sense into him. "Reno! You can't do this!"
Reno turned back to look at him... and he was a very cranky old man... "Give me one good reason why not," he rasped, resuming his course. "I'll get in one last blow... or die trying." He was barely even able to stand at this point...
Rude couldn't watch any more. He started helping Reno make his way towards the creature... Reno didn't put up a struggle, but merely concentrated on putting one foot in front of the other...

Everytime Aztar was wounded he healed it to quickly to cause to much damage, Aztar began crossing blades with Amnesty, but Aztar was still to strong he parry one of Ami's attack to pushed her off guard then zapped her with a darkness beam knocking her back where she started. Cloud shot out a shockwave from his sword in the direction of Aztar, but Aztar quickly casted a reflect spell back at Cloud, he quickly dashed out of the way from his own attack.
Vincent: "His power is that of the lifestream....the power of the planet itself....there is nothing much more we can do...."
Lutz: "No...but I can..."
Lutz held the Sythe in hand and put it all together.
The power of this Sythe all at least get my close enough in range of him...then releasing all the power I have in my body into one attack may give a fighting chance....I do this not for the planet but for my friends....with out them....there would be many things I would have never felt before....the ultimate power is the power of Sacrific to save others....
Lutz's body shook and for the first time he slowly transformed into Chaos. He looked over at all his friends taking his last views of them all and he smiled.
Lutz: "You all mean the world to me! this world is not important, for you all are my world!"
Lutz looked back at Aztar
Time to end this!
Lutz flapped his black crow-like wings and at great speed slashed out at Aztar causing awesome amount of pain, then Lutz took the Sythe and slashed it into his own chest. Elemental fire power leek out along with the power of Chaos smashing into Aztar, the two yelled out in pain till a massive explosion rose from the drama, the light from the explosion faded and both being were gone all that remained was black feathers slowly floating downword to the ground. Vincent ran to the edge of the cliff. No Lutz not like this....
Cloud slowly joined Vincent as they both bowed down in respect for what Lutz had done. but was Aztar truely gone?
